Weld or joint failures under standard everyday carry loads
Corrosion or oxidation arising from a manufacturing material defect
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Titanium is built to last, but no material is indestructible against deliberate abuse.
Damage from dropping, impact, or application of excessive force
Corrosion caused by prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals or salt environments not typical of everyday carry
Cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, or patina acquired through normal use
Damage resulting from modification, engraving, or attempted repair by the customer
Loss or theft of the product
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
Take clear photos showing the issue from multiple angles.

Our team evaluates the claim and responds with a decision within 3 to 5 business days.
Approved claims receive a replacement at no cost. If the exact model is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent or issue store credit.
