Our Story

Built on Loyalty

AeroLinks started in a dorm room with one belief: customers who feel genuinely cared for become the most powerful thing a small brand can have.

I am a college student. I do not have a warehouse, a boardroom, or a team of fifty. What I have is a deep frustration with how most companies treat the people who buy from them — as transactions to be closed rather than relationships to be kept.

That frustration turned into a question I could not stop asking: what would a company look like if customer loyalty was baked into every single decision? Not just the marketing copy — but the return policy, the warranty length, the way support emails are written, the way complaints are resolved.

AeroLinks is my answer to that question. A titanium keyring clip is a small thing to build a company around — but the values behind it are not small at all. We offer a 10-year warranty and a no-hassle return policy because we believe that is what it actually means to stand behind what you make. And we believe that companies willing to do that will earn something far more valuable than a sale: a customer who comes back.

Where It Began

It started in a dorm room. Between late-night study sessions and the general chaos of college life, I kept running into the same frustration: brands that were perfectly friendly before the sale and completely indifferent after it. Returned a broken product? Good luck. Needed support? Here is an auto-reply.

I became obsessed with a different question — what would a brand look like if it was built entirely around keeping customers? Not acquiring them, not converting them, but genuinely keeping them. That meant rethinking everything: the warranty, the return policy, the way emails sound, the way problems get resolved. Every touchpoint was a chance to prove that the relationship mattered.

AeroLinks was born from that vision. A titanium keyring clip is a small thing — but the commitment behind it is not. A 10-year warranty is not a marketing tactic. Our return policy is not a policy designed to discourage returns. They are both deliberate signals that say: we made this for you, and we stand behind it, and we want you back.

I am still a student. I still answer customer emails between classes. And I still believe that the brands worth building — and worth buying from — are the ones that treat loyalty as something to be earned every single day, not assumed after the first purchase.

What We Stand For

Loyalty Is Earned

We build every policy — warranty, returns, support — around making customers feel cared for long after the sale.

No Compromises on Quality

Grade 5 titanium or nothing. If we would not carry it ourselves, we do not sell it.

10-Year Warranty

A decade of coverage on manufacturing defects — because we believe in what we make, and we want you to as well.

Built for Real Life

Tested in rain, heat, cold, salt water, and daily pocket friction. Designed to earn a permanent spot on your keys.

"The brands worth building are the ones that make customers feel like they matter — not just before the sale, but especially after."
