We want you to love every AeroLinks product. If something is not right, we will make it right — within the terms below.

Customer-Damaged Items Are Not Eligible

AeroLinks products are built to withstand everyday use. Returns are only accepted for items in original, undamaged condition. We inspect every return and reserve the right to refuse or partially refund items showing evidence of damage caused by the customer.

Eligible for Return

Item is unused and in its original, unaltered condition

All original packaging, inserts, and accessories are included

Return is initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date

Item has not been engraved, customized, or otherwise modified

Item shows no signs of wear, scratching, or user handling beyond initial inspection

Not Eligible for Return

Products damaged through customer misuse, dropping, or improper force

Products exposed to corrosive chemicals, extreme heat, or abrasive surfaces by the customer

Items with evidence of attempted modification or disassembly

Products returned more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date

Sale or clearance items marked as final sale at checkout

Items returned without original packaging or documentation

How to Return an Item

Contact Support

Email us at aerolinkslab@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Include clear photos of the item.

Receive Authorization

Our team reviews your request within 2 business days and issues a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Ship the Item

Package the item securely with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Inspection & Refund

Once received, we inspect the item within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Shipping costs (both outbound and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  • AeroLinks reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
